Cancellation and refunds
When a consultation can be cancelled.
Write to us at the email below. A refund, once made, is returned through the original payment method. This policy does not state how long a bank or card network takes to show that refund.
Refunds and changes
- Before a time is agreed, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
- If we cannot find a mutually acceptable time, you can request a full refund before the session.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment, you receive a full refund.
- If you ask to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment, we do so when both of us are available.
- If Cardinal cancels, you choose a full refund or a new appointment.
If we cannot agree on a suitable appointment time, you can request a full refund before the consultation takes place.
Late changes and missed sessions
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, arrive late, or miss the session, email contact@consulting-cardinal.com. There is no fee. We reply by email with a reschedule or a refund decision.
