Opening a page

When you open a page, the server that delivers it receives the usual connection details, such as the page you requested and your IP address, so it can respond. This project does not add a separate analytics product.

Emailing us

“Get a consultation” and “Email us to get started” open your email program with a message addressed to contact@consulting-cardinal.com. You send that message yourself. This website does not receive the message and does not store the name or note you type into it.

When an email arrives at contact@consulting-cardinal.com, we use it to discuss the consultation, send a payment link, arrange the appointment, send the written summary, and handle a cancellation or refund. We keep that correspondence while we need it for the consultation and any related question or refund. We do not publish a separate retention period.

Payment

This website does not collect card numbers and does not charge a card. If you decide to pay, you do so through a payment link we send after the email conversation. That link is not created by this website.
